There is a low monthly subscription, however no tenure contracts in place, so if you decide to cease selling online, we simply disconnect your site from our fulfilment software subject to your account being clear and cancel your monthly subscription.
Product Shipping
It's important to make sure your products arrive looking good when they land on your customers door mat, so using the right outer packaging is a key point to your customers satisfaction. We only using cardboard packaging with recycled content, we do not use plastic. We also use shredded paper for void fill if required, no plastic here either!
To keep things simple we offer 2 sizes of pack, which directly relates to the different shipping options we have too:
Small Parcel
The small parcel option is designed for up to 1.75kg of products to be sent out for parcel delivery to your customer.
Contents: Can contain any of our white label and dropship products up to 2kg (including packaging) and within the dimensions below.
Max Weight: 1.75 kg net
Service: Royal Mail 2nd Class
Inserts: Can include inserts
Large Parcel
The large parcel option is designed for orders from 2 - 20kg in size and will be sent out on carbon neutral courier delivery to your customer.
Contents: Can contain any of our white label and dropship products up to 20kg (including packaging) and within the dimensions below.
Max Weight: 20kg net
Service: Tracked & Signed Courier
Inserts: Can include inserts
