I am emailing you to give you an update on the weeks forward from now, as we are preparing to make further alterations to our working week to enable our staff to remain safe, support the countries keyworkers, whilst maintaining essential supply to our customers offering a lifeline to those that require it.
To enable us to achieve this, we have had to make some significant changes to our day-to-day operations, that will have an effect on all our services across the board.
The following changes will be made to our services:
Operating hours will now be between 10am - 4pm, Monday-Wednesday
Coffee roasting will now be restricted to just Monday & Tuesday's only.
Order dispatching will only now take place on Wednesday's.
Our standard delivery service will now become a 48hr service during week days only.
The office is now remotely manned and therefore we request that ALL orders are placed by email to Sales@918coffee.com or through the website www.918coffee.com
All orders are now placed on a Pro-Forma basis and payments will need to be cleared prior to dispatch. We are not able to offer credit facilities at this time.
We will be unable to offer technical support services for machine breakdowns & servicing during this period of restriction.
NO collections will be available from the Roastery during these restrictions.
The Roastery outlet will be closed to the public during this period
We will no longer be able to accept Used Coffee Grounds or arrange collections of these for the foreseeable future.
The following other business changes will also become effective:
All sales enquiries will be answered in the fastest possible manner, however please be patient with us, as we are very busy and running on skeleton staffing.
Our phones will be answered remotely where possible, however please try emailing first.

Please allow extra time for your orders to be prepared and dispatched to you.
DPD will be unable to offer a signed for service due to social distancing.
These changes will become effective as of Monday 30th March 2020 and will remain in place for the forseeable future, until it is announced that all restrictions are lifted. At which point we will then notify everyone again of normal service resuming.
